  • Producing cash flow documents which are updated at regular intervals reflecting programme, milestones, Client and financial institution demands.

  • Producing accurate and comprehensive tender documents thereby achieving competitive tenders, which reflect the Client and construction requirements.
  • Advising on accurate and up-to-date contractual procedures.
